Clicking on Accounting in the left-hand navigation bar opens an overview of all reports created to date. The information that can be found here is explained in more detail below:
The first column from the left contains the title of the report. The report type is defined to the right. A distinction is made here between the Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and the Event Carbon Footprint (ECF). The CCF measures the total emissions of a company over a certain period of time, usually annually. It takes into account all relevant emissions caused by the company's activities. The ECF, on the other hand, measures the emissions caused by the realisation of a single event.
The Status column shows whether the report is still being processed (Status: In progress) or has already been finalised (Status: Published). The two subsequent columns From and To indicate the reporting period. The CO2e (Total) column contains the total emissions generated by all company units and locations during the reporting period. The last two columns show who last changed the report and when.
Clicking on one of the reports allows you to go into the report and enter consumption data, perform analyses based on the data already entered or export it.
